# Roiva > Roiva is AI portfolio management software for running every AI initiative on numbers a CFO will accept, through to the call to scale, fix or cut it. It holds every AI initiative from business case to retirement: what it costs, the cash it has returned and the capacity it has freed, where it is in its lifecycle, and who approved the numbers. Every reported figure says where it came from (a versioned formula, a synced source record, or a named person's entry) and counts only once it is approved, which is what makes its AI ROI auditable. ROI is cash ROI; hours freed are reported beside it as freed capacity and never added to it. Approval records each initiative's budget, and actual spend is tracked against it; budget increases above a threshold need the account owner's sign-off. Live initiatives come up in a scheduled portfolio review, where each decision to continue, scale, fix, pause, or retire is recorded with the figures it was made against. ## Method - [Methodology](https://roiva.ai/methodology): How Roiva arrives at a number (versioned formulas, declared baselines, a signed measurement charter, a declared share of any business-wide outcome's change, a hold on entries from any formula that compares a count moving with volume without adjusting for it, frozen inputs, sign-off before value counts, cash kept apart from freed capacity with ROI taken over cash alone, an append-only audit log), and what the method does not prove. ## Writing - [Field notes](https://roiva.ai/field-notes): Roiva's written pieces on putting AI on the books, newest first, each dated with when it was published and last updated. Full text is also in the RSS feed at https://roiva.ai/field-notes/feed. - [AI ROI tools compared](https://roiva.ai/field-notes/ai-roi-tools-compared): Larridin, Olakai, SilkFlo, Ascerta and Roiva side by side, as of a stated date: what each says it measures, what it counts as value, its published price, when another tool fits better, and what Roiva doesn't do. Each claim about another vendor links to that vendor's own page. ## Use cases - [Customer support](https://roiva.ai/use-cases/customer-support): AI ticket deflection booked from the help desk under a rule you set, conversations an Agentforce agent handles alone in Salesforce, and agent minutes saved from a time study or time tracking. All of it is freed capacity, reported beside cash and never netted into ROI, and a ticket the customer came back about is left out. First-response time and CSAT are synced but not priced. - [Sales](https://roiva.ai/use-cases/sales): Attributing closed-won deals to AI initiatives by a deal-name or CRM-field rule you set, with one-time, ARR or MRR revenue recognition, booked at your contribution margin rather than the top line. - [Finance](https://roiva.ai/use-cases/finance): Versioned formulas, auditable input snapshots, journal-entry write-back to QuickBooks, NetSuite and Xero, and board-ready exports. - [Engineering](https://roiva.ai/use-cases/engineering): The developer time GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and OpenAI Codex save, priced from the suggestions and edits developers accept at a figure you set, beside the seats and spend they cost. - [Operations](https://roiva.ai/use-cases/operations): Running every AI initiative across every team as one portfolio, with stage gates, owners, baselines, approvals and dollar-level ROI. ## Integrations Each page says what Roiva reads from the platform, what a link to an initiative books, and how to connect it. - [Integrations](https://roiva.ai/integrations): Every platform Roiva connects to, by category. A platform Roiva can't connect yet is marked Coming Soon there; that page, not a docs article, says what can be connected today. - [Anthropic](https://roiva.ai/integrations/anthropic): Claude API spend, for an initiative's cost, and Claude Code activity. - [Claude Enterprise](https://roiva.ai/integrations/claude_enterprise): Claude Code analytics on Enterprise seats (accepted edits, code written, daily developers), to value the developer time a rollout saves. - [OpenAI](https://roiva.ai/integrations/openai): OpenAI API spend, for an initiative's cost. - [OpenAI Codex](https://roiva.ai/integrations/openai_codex): Codex analytics for ChatGPT Enterprise and Edu workspaces (lines of code developers kept, usage), to value the developer time a rollout saves. - [AWS](https://roiva.ai/integrations/aws): AWS spend by service, including Bedrock and SageMaker. - [Azure](https://roiva.ai/integrations/azure): Monthly Azure spend per service, including Azure OpenAI Service. - [Google Cloud](https://roiva.ai/integrations/gcp): Google Cloud spend from the Cloud Billing export, split by initiative through Cloud Billing budgets. - [Databricks](https://roiva.ai/integrations/databricks): Databricks spend by product and tag, and metrics from your own tables through versioned SQL queries. - [Snowflake](https://roiva.ai/integrations/snowflake): Snowflake compute credits and query statistics, and metrics from your own tables through versioned SQL queries. - [BigQuery](https://roiva.ai/integrations/bigquery): BigQuery job statistics, and metrics from your own tables through versioned SQL queries. - [SQL Server](https://roiva.ai/integrations/sql_server): Metrics from your own SQL Server or Azure SQL views through versioned SQL queries, over encrypted connections from one fixed address. - [Looker](https://roiva.ai/integrations/looker): Runs saved Looks and records their numbers as metric readings. - [QuickBooks](https://roiva.ai/integrations/quickbooks): Profit and loss, AR invoices and AP bills; bills from an initiative's vendors become its cost. - [Xero](https://roiva.ai/integrations/xero): Profit and loss, AR invoices and AP bills; bills from an initiative's vendors become its cost. - [NetSuite](https://roiva.ai/integrations/netsuite): Income statement, AR invoices and AP vendor bills; bills from an initiative's vendors become its cost. - [Stripe](https://roiva.ai/integrations/stripe): Charges and subscriptions, for revenue attributed to an initiative. - [American Express](https://roiva.ai/integrations/amex): Card statement imports, so AI subscriptions paid by card count as cost. - [HubSpot](https://roiva.ai/integrations/hubspot): Deals, contacts and tickets, for sales attribution and support metrics. - [Salesforce](https://roiva.ai/integrations/salesforce): Opportunities, cases and messaging sessions: won deals, or conversations an Agentforce agent handled without a person. - [Pipedrive](https://roiva.ai/integrations/pipedrive): Deals, for sales attribution. - [Zendesk](https://roiva.ai/integrations/zendesk): Tickets, including the ones an AI agent resolved, for deflection value and support metrics. - [Intercom](https://roiva.ai/integrations/intercom): Monthly conversation metrics: resolution, response times and satisfaction. - [Freshdesk](https://roiva.ai/integrations/freshdesk): Monthly ticket metrics: volume, resolution and handle time. - [GitHub](https://roiva.ai/integrations/github): Merged pull requests, deployments, GitHub Copilot usage and GitHub billing spend. - [Jira](https://roiva.ai/integrations/jira): Resolved issues, for engineering throughput and cycle time. - [Google Workspace](https://roiva.ai/integrations/google_workspace): Google Calendar meeting load, as a productivity baseline. - [Microsoft 365](https://roiva.ai/integrations/microsoft_365): Outlook Calendar meeting load, as a productivity baseline. - [Zapier](https://roiva.ai/integrations/zapier): Zap runs, received by webhook, as monthly automation volume. - [Make](https://roiva.ai/integrations/make): Scenario runs and credit usage, as monthly metric readings. - [n8n](https://roiva.ai/integrations/n8n): Workflow execution counts (total, successful, failed), as monthly metric readings. - [Slack](https://roiva.ai/integrations/slack): Notifications only: stage changes, approvals, notes and budgets. ## Pricing - [Pricing](https://roiva.ai/pricing): Start free: a free account (3 initiatives measured at a time, 3 integrations, 10 seats) has no expiry, lists any number of ideas, and has approvals, versioned formulas, the audit log, single sign-on and every template. A Slack connection, which only posts notifications, doesn't count toward its 3 integrations. Paid plans are annual and priced by how many initiatives are measured at a time: up to 10 for $15K a year, up to 25 for $25K, up to 50 for $45K, and quoted above that. Prices as of October 6, 2026; there is no platform fee, and no function is priced separately. An Owner can subscribe to the first two in the app, by card or ACH bank transfer. An initiative counts once it is implementing or live, or once value is recorded on it; ideas don't count. Every paid plan has unlimited connections and seats, every function, the reporting tables, the read API and MCP access, with no per-seat charge and no usage meter. - [30-Day ROI Readout](https://roiva.ai/readout): Roiva sets up one AI initiative in your free account and presents a board-ready readout of it after thirty days, for a fixed $7,500 credited in full against the first year if you go on to subscribe. ## Security and data - [Security](https://roiva.ai/security): Encryption, authentication, access control and the audit log; what Roiva keeps from connected systems; sub-processors; and the SOC 2 Type 2 program with Oneleet that started on September 25, 2026 (no report yet). - [Privacy policy](https://roiva.ai/privacy): What personal data Roiva collects, why, who processes it, and how long it is kept. - [Data Processing Addendum](https://roiva.ai/dpa): Roiva's DPA, signed by Roiva in advance: roles, instructions, security measures, sub-processors, international transfers, breach notice, deletion. - [AI transparency](https://roiva.ai/ai-transparency): Where Roiva uses AI models, what is sent to them, and that customer data never trains them. ## Docs How Roiva itself works, one page per part of the model.
