AI Transparency

Roiva is a platform for measuring and tracking the ROI of AI initiatives. We use third-party AI services to power in-app features. This page explains which services we use and how.
AI services we use
Anthropic Claude
We use the Anthropic Claude API to power Roiva's in-app AI assistant. Specific examples of how Claude is used:
- Answering questions about your initiative portfolio ("Which initiatives have the highest projected ROI?")
- Summarising metric trends and surfacing anomalies in cost or value data
- Helping draft initiative descriptions, hypotheses, and expected outcomes
- Explaining ROI calculations and suggesting improvements to value formulas
Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy .
How your data is used
We do not use your data to train AI models. Data you enter into Roiva — including initiative details, metrics, and connected integration data — is not used to train or fine-tune any AI model, by Roiva or by our AI service providers.
When you interact with Roiva's AI assistant, relevant context from your account (such as initiative titles, metric summaries, and ROI figures) may be included in requests sent to Anthropic to generate a response. This context is limited to what is necessary to answer your question and is processed solely to fulfil your request. It is subject to each provider's data processing terms linked above.
Google Workspace and GCP integrations
When you connect a Google Workspace or Google Cloud account, Roiva reads calendar events and billing data to compute aggregate productivity and cost metrics. This data is:
- Stored as aggregate monthly observations only — raw events are not retained
- Never shared with third parties
- Never used as input to AI model training
