How do I track an AI initiative portfolio across multiple teams?
Each AI project is an initiative with an owner, a category and department, a stage, a business case and, once approved, a budget. Initiatives lists them all, in three views: the portfolio, readiness (how far each is from a figure you can report, and what it needs next) and performance (cost to date, cash value against plan, cash ROI and last decision). List every idea you're weighing: an initiative counts against your plan once it's being built, live or paused, or once value is recorded on it.
What stages does an AI initiative go through in Roiva?
Identified, then In review, where it goes through your approval chain, one approver or several in turn. Approval moves it to Implementing and records its budget. Then Live, then Completed. Work that's implementing or live can be paused and resumed, an initiative in review can be rejected with a reason, and work under way can be dismissed. Each change is in the initiative's activity feed and the audit log.
Can I track AI ROI across multiple teams in one place?
Yes. ROI adds up every initiative's cash value and cost into one cash ROI for the portfolio, with freed capacity beside it and never in it, and shows each initiative's own. The Board Brief puts the quarter on a PDF for the board.
