Roiva charges an annual platform fee that scales with company size (Growth $30K, Scale $60K, Enterprise from $100K), plus one or more per-function modules (Customer Support, Finance & Accounting, Sales) priced from $15K/year per module. Multi-module customers receive volume discounts.

What's the difference between the platform and a module?

The platform gives you the initiative lifecycle, audit log, exec dashboards, AI cost observability, and approvals — the cross-cutting system of record. Modules add function-specific integrations, metric definitions, and initiative templates (e.g. Zendesk/Intercom/Freshdesk for the Customer Support module, NetSuite/QuickBooks/Xero/Stripe for Finance, HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive for Sales).

Why no self-serve checkout?

Monthly allowances reset on the first of the month: Growth includes 1,700 units, Scale 7,000, Enterprise 35,000. A separate daily anomaly cap catches runaway-loop scenarios before they compound. Caps can be raised per deal — just ask.
