What Roiva keeps
Reads: Usage by model and cost by workspace for the last 12 months, and daily Claude Code usage for the last 3 months, from the Admin API. Never a prompt or a response. The Claude Code report names each user by email or API key name; Roiva adds each day up and drops the names before anything is saved.
Keeps: Records of cost lines, usage by model and daily Claude Code totals, plus the totals worked out from them.
How to connect
You connect Anthropic from inside Roiva, so you need a Roiva workspace first. Sign in to connect it now. New to Roiva? Start free with your work email, take the free assessment and create your workspace at the end, or request an invite.
- In the Claude Console: Sign in at platform.claude.com as an organization admin — only members with the admin role can create Admin API keys
- In the Claude Console: Go to Settings → Admin keys (platform.claude.com/settings/admin-keys) and click Create key
- Back in Roiva: Paste the secret here — it starts with sk-ant-admin01- and is shown only once
- Back in Roiva: The connection page checks each step and says what's missing. Once it's all ticked, click Test Connection
- Back in Roiva: After connecting, link this connection to an initiative on the Initiatives tab
